Two furnished basement bedrooms for rent in a welcoming bedroom house. Ideal for those seeking a respectful living environment in an LGBT-friendly home. Driveway and street parking available.

Single occupancy per room. No pets allowed.

The photos in the listing are of one of the available rooms, which is currently available. The decorations in the room are not included and will be removed before move in.

Both rooms include a bed frame and mattress, two end tables and a dresser.

Rent is due on the first of every month, inclusive of utilities. A refundable security deposit (equal to one-month’s rent) and the first month’s rent are due before move in. Twelve-month lease preferred but open to shorter. Proof of income and two previous rental reference are required.

Each bedroom is private, but there are shared bathrooms (a total of two in the house), a shared living room, an additional shared basement living room, a shared kitchen, and shared laundry.

First roommate is a late-s male alternative-education teacher who enjoys playing guitar, playing video games, and cooking.

Second roommate is an early-s customer service rep who enjoys playing video games, doing roommate dinners, and having game nights.

Please note that even though this is a marijuana-friendly house, smoking is never allowed inside and will result in an immediate lease termination.
