2 rooms open in Lower Pac Heights

Hey! We’re three guys in their twentiess working in tech, and we’re looking for two new roommates to join our spacious apartment in Japantown (just two blocks from Peace Plaza). The rooms are available to move in anytime between January and February 1 (with February 1 being the absolute latest). We’re looking for responsible, social, and chill roommates to join us for the long term. The lease is 1 year preferred, but we’re open to month-to-month if that works better for you.

The Rooms:
Room uno is thirteeen fiftyy/month (no furniture, but a wardrobe is available for purchase)
Room dos is fourteeen fiftyy/month (bed available for purchase)
Utilities are about onee hundredd thirtyy/month per person.
Room sizes and photos are available upon request!

About Us:
We’re three guys in our twentiess working in tech.
We’re pretty social and enjoy hanging out in shared spaces like the living room. You’ll often find us playing video games, grabbing dinner/drinks, or just hanging out.
We’re looking for roommates who are friendly, respectful, and easygoing.

The Apartment:
Located in Japantown, just a couple of blocks from Peace Plaza.
Spacious living room and kitchen, with a balcony and a community garden in the backyard.
The apartment is on a quieter street but very close to shops, restaurants, and public transit.
Laundry in the building (super convenient!).
Street parking is available, though there’s no dedicated parking.
We take turns cleaning the shared spaces, and we have a chore chart to keep things fair.
Overnight guests are welcome, and we’re pretty laid-back about that, but we ask everyone to be considerate of shared spaces and everyone’s privacy.
Smoking and drinking are fine—you can smoke on the balcony.

What We’re Looking For:
Preferably male, or someone around the same age (mid-s)
Easygoing, respectful, and clean
Social and enjoys hanging out in shared spaces, but also knows how to be considerate and keep things chill
No pets (sorry!)
