Looking for a Room to Rent Out

Hi there, I am looking for a room to rent out near or in the Santa Monica area, since I go to school at Santa Monica College. I am a yrs old full time student, and I work part time as a teacher and pet sitter. My budget is up to max, and I would prefer a private room and possibly private bathroom if possible (the bathroom I am flexible with). I am a clean person, so I don’t like messes, and clean them pretty quickly, and I am very kept to myself and chill, so I am pretty quiet to live with.
