Patio room, short term lease Feb

Greetings I am looking for a roommate that needs a good price and short term option and would like to have a room in the safe Tempe area. I have a Angie Room which is behind my kitchen and has patio access. I will be renting starting February 1st. Shared bathroom with one other person and access to backyard and Kiwanis park amenities. I will be taking applications starting right away! The room will not be ready to show until after
February.
