Looking for a roommate.

Looking to rent spare unfurnished bedroom in my town home in a gated community. Off Warner between Alma school and Arizona Ave. $/ month plus $ deposit. Rent includes utilities water, electricity , vale trash service , internet. Could can rent a garage if you need to store items or want a designated parking space. Preferably a female and would consider a single mom as I am a single mom of one child as well. Must pass a background check and have verification of employment . The bathroom is mainly private and only used if there are visitors. Most people use my bathroom in my room. It’s in a gated community and it has a huge backyard. Clubhouse has pool and hot tub that is heated all year round except summer months. Room comes unfurnished. I don’t have the full #
