I am looking for a roommate who would enjoy a spacious Master Bedroom with private Bathroom in a two-story B Bohemian style townhouse apartment unit in Venice Beach/Mar Vista area starting February 1st.

Monthly rent is $ plus shared monthly utilities (internet, gas, electricity and SCEP Fee). Water and trash is included in the rent by landlord.

Application fee $ plus security deposit of $ required upon moving in.

The unit is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, a nice dining table and living room and hot water. Bedroom will be empty and ready to be furnished with your belongings.

Rent includes one single-parking spot for each in a gated covered garage and there is always plenty of street parking in the surrounding streets for visitors.

The building is equipped with washing and dryer machines for laundry.

We have a small porch looking to Venice Blvd and a side private hallway with easy private access to the street.

The apartment will be shared with one female roommate (only two residents: one-per-room with independent bathrooms each).

PS: There are no fixed pets in the house, however I do Pet care while keeping the furniture protected and hygiene impeccable always. Ideally looking for a pet-friendly person.
