Denver guy moving to San Diego

Hey everyone. I’m Rob and I’ll be moving to San Diego mid January. I’m clean, respectful, and dependable. I like to do anything outdoors, concerts, beach, hike, travel, etc. looking for a room in a place with another active and friendly guy or guys. Would be nice to be friends with the roommate(s) as I won’t know anyone but not a necessity. I work from home 4 days of the week and will be on the Naval base in Point Loma 1 day a week. (I’m not in the military, but work for them)
