The house is fully furnished but the room will be unfurnished so you can decorate as you like :) but also open to bringing any extra furniture and stuff to make the house feel complete for you as well!
This room has a nice big window for natural lighting and a private bathroom within the bedroom and pets are allowed too :) because i have cute little kitty myself :)
