Room Available in Clayton – Close to Monash University**

Looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live? We have a room available in our share house in Clayton, less than a -minute walk from Monash University!

About the Room & House:
- Room Size: cm (the only downstairs bedroom).
- Bathroom Access: Downstairs toilet and shower, rarely used by others as we mainly use the upstairs bathrooms.
- Rent: $ per week, *bills included*. Happy to break down all expenses for transparency.
- Furnishings: The house is fully furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished.
- Availability: From th December until end of July (around 8 months, happy to discuss).

About Us:
We’re a house of three -year-olds who love good vibes and a fun, respectful living environment:
- Dylan: Starting a Master’s in Psychology next year, super extroverted and always up for a chat.
- Quinn: Psychology Honours graduate taking a gap year to recharge and explore new things.
- Tristan: Continuing his degree in Sport Business and always down for some sports talk.
