Need room to rent. only pls!

Hello! I’m a
year old female looking for a room to rent. I am quiet, clean, respectful and responsible I work full time 5 days a week 8 hours a day. My work schedule is pm. My budget is $ with utilities included in that. I may be able to stretch it to $ max. I know my budget seems small but my mode of transportation is limited as I Uber/Lyft to and from work everyday. I keep to myself in my room but I am open to socializing. I don’t have pets but I am very pet friendly and I don’t mind living with pets. I don’t smoke or do drugs but don’t mind people who do. I drink socially so very rarely and I don’t really do so in the house. I would prefer a safe place to be where I am allowed guests/overnight guests.
