Available room in a large house

AVAILABLE Jan BEDROOM IN A LARGE HOUSE. We are looking for a roommate to join us in our beautiful, spacious house in Newton. This is a yearly lease. We split utilities equally four ways (electric, gas, internet, water/sewer, cleaning supplies).

We are working adults who are easygoing, fun, and respectful of each other's space. We are looking for a clean, responsible, and reliable roommate. The house is huge with plenty of space that is expected to be clean and clutter free. We each share responsibilities with cleaning, yard work, and snow removal. We enjoy our weekends and have occasional guests over.
