Roommate Needed

Hello everyone! I have a room that’s available. The address of the location is Traders Cove Kissimmee Fl . It’s a gated community that’s very clean and organized. There’s a community pool provided and for any other needs, it will most likely be across the street or within a mile. The two story townhome is a .5 bathroom. The guest bedrooms have a shared bathroom. No pets allowed. As much as I love pets, they can be smelly and messy. Don’t care much if your room gets messy, it’s your personal space, but common areas have to remain clean. The room that’s available is rented out for $ a month and utilities are split between every person living in the home. The pictures are slightly outdated, the only difference is that I have new appliances for the kitchen such as stainless steel refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher.
