Looking for a room

Hi!!
My name is Faith and I’m years old. I turn in March, I have a child on the way that’s due in April. I’m looking for a place to call home and pay rent. I make $ an hour and I get my first paycheck from my job on December th. I just need a bigger room for myself and my child..
I would be looking to move in whenever I got paid that week or the following week. I will be making roughly $ a month (which is my gross income). I currently don’t have great credit and cannot rent an apartment by myself yet. But I would love to make up a contract with you for myself so you know that I’m serious and not going to back down if given the opportunity. I’m a very clean person, I don’t have any pets, I pick up after myself.
