Hi! I'm a homeowner in the East Forest Park neighborhood (near East Longmeadow) looking for a new roommate. I've had a couple of great tenants turned friends over the last 5 years, and my current tenants are about to close on their own home. There is a (finished, of course!) basement room available for $/month. The first-floor bedroom would be $. I have two nutty but lovable Golden Retrievers that are my "babies." A love of dogs and an ability to tolerate a little dog hair is important in a good match. Driveway has plenty of space for parking. Yard is fenced in with a deck. Two full baths, yours would be on the main floor and shared sometimes (but not the shower). There is another full bath on the second floor. Can show in a couple weeks when my current tenants move out.
