House has a spacious front deck with PIN code entry, large grassy backyard and a big storage shed. Kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove/oven, a full and half size fridge, dining nook, toaster oven, kettle, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, cups and dishes. There is ample food storage areas. Living room had a large L couch but previous housemate took it. Coinless W/D downstairs near back PIN code door. Available now with prorated December!

I don’t drink but I still enjoy the party. I’m pretty keep to myself but I have the ability to talk about nothing and anything for days when allowed.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly drug-free home. Unfortunately no smoking indoors (nicotine vape ok). No pets.

House rules are generally just clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and be respectful of other housemates. No quiet time set but this can be discussed later.

Landlord does not do extensive background check but requests equivalent first, last and deposit of $ upon move in but will be returned end of lease. (Total move in cost
listed) Half deposit will be kept if you don’t clean up after yourself.
