Subleasing: The gates at Valdosta

Hello, I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartments at The Gates on Baytree Rd. I am looking to move out by December . The lease is for a three-bedroom furnished apartment with a private bathroom in each room. The private room includes a bed frame with mattress, desk and chair, and a dresser. The rent is $ and for utilities it’s a $ towards electricity and $ towards water with free wifi. The rest is evenly split by mangement between roommates.
