I'm looking to pass my lease off in February.

I will need someone who can pay a dollar deposit to be added onto my lease as a "roommate", then I will be removed from the lease and you will be the sole tenant.

I will be fully gone from the apartment by the time you move in. Apartment will be cleaned and emptied of all my belongings. Since this is a lease pass-off, you will not need to pay any deposits or fees beyond the dollars to put you on the lease.

Additionally, you will only need to pay rent after I am removed from the lease. So for February, you will only need to pay me the dollars. I will pay Feb's rent, utilities, power, and am willing to pay internet as well. After February, you will be responsible for all payments.

Lease ends Oct . Electricity and internet are separate expenses.

I'm willing to work with you around move-in dates (As early as January 1st and as late as March 1st).

I am also willing to leave behind some furniture items- Including a full-sized bed and frame, a dining table with 4 chairs, a loveseat, and a small coffee table. Just ask about them in your to me.

This is a great apartment, management is always on top of things, and it's in the heart of RTP so there's plenty around! The only reason I need to move is due to a job change.
