Private Bedroom + Shared Bathroom

My roommate (male, ) and I (female, ) are looking to sublet the third bedroom in our .5 bathroom townhouse. The townhouse is 3 stories plus a rooftop balcony. One large living room on the first floor, second living room and kitchen on second floor and all bedrooms are on the third floor. The room for rent shares a bathroom with my male roommate. He has two cats, and I have one so we cannot have any more animals living here so NO PETS please. We both have vehicles which take up both spots in the two car garage, but usually there is spaces around the townhouse to park other vehicles. Both of us work from home, either in our rooms or in the common spaces, and we are both pretty laid back. Looking for someone laid back and willing to do their part of help us keep at least the common areas clean and tidy.
