Hi, I'll keep things simple, I'm looking for a private room to move in for MID FEBRUARY onwards (long term), within proximity to UWA/CBD.

Notably, I'm looking for rooms rooms in:

Crawley, Nedlands, Claremont, Subiaco, East Perth, Northbridge, Victoria Park, Jolimont, and any surrounding areas, (do PM me anyways even if you think it's not within range of these areas)

I'm trying to keep the cost below $ pw, including all bills and property costs
