Smaller room can move in sooner if need be. This is a HUGE apartment with a giant PRIVATE backyard + shed/roof area. The backyard is roughly sqft and the apartment itself is about sqft on the interior. The large bedroom is on the other side of the apartment down its own corridor so there is a great deal of privacy.
About me: year old gal, studies at NYU. Social and would a prefer a friendly roommate. You can list your hobbies but not gonna read those, if you are cool and pleasant, we'll get along! Would definitely like the possibility of throwing a house party here and there. I'm not a neat freak, but I generally prefer no dishes in the sink and decent cleanliness in the common rooms.
