Welcome to our wonderful home! This is a spacious three-level sanctuary, designed with modern comforts in mind. It's a place where you can feel peaceful and at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to your needs, complete with dinner plates and bowls, cutlery, pots and pans, an air fryer, a coffee maker, a crockpot, a toaster, glassware, and a variety of seasonings—everything provided with care by the homeowner. The home includes Wi-Fi washer and dryer for utilities peacock .

**Meet Your Future Roommates:**
- **Kendale & Mikey** (twenty- / thirty ): A loving LGBTQ couple in the real estate and finance industries, they are friendly and welcoming. Their room is located on the main level. They also are the home owners.
- **Charizma** (twenty-one): A vibrant young woman who works in telecommunications, her room is on the second floor.

- **Marley** (twenty -): A driven finance professional, he has his room on the second floor as well.

- **Cecilia** (twenty-): A dedicated aviation student in pilot training, she lives in the cozy basement.

The room you’re interested in is located on the second floor, and we want to make sure it feels like home for you. It can be furnished or left unfurnished, depending on your preference. If you choose the furnished option, it includes a queen-size pillowtop mattress, box spring, bed rails, standard pillows, side tables or a console table, an accent chair, and even a TV. Just reach out to the homeowner if you need any of these amenities—we’re here to help make your transition as smooth as possible. There’s no additional charge, as this is a thoughtful gesture from the homeowner to support you in settling in comfortably.
