Hi everyone. I am looking for someone who will take over my part of the lease starting mid January/beginning of February till end of August , with an option to renew. It is an unfurnished room, photos of the place attached.

Rent is $ excluding internet ($ per person) and electricity bill.
Upfront payments: First, last month rent and deposit required.

It is a ba apartment on west Springfield street, South End Boston area. It is close to both orange and green T-line. Great location and walkability.
The other room is occupied by a young male professional (y). He is super chill, tidy. We lived together for over 2 years. Reason of moving out is to move in with my bf.
