Urgent Lease Takeover Davis: January


Hello. I graduating this December and am looking for someone to takeover my lease here at Identity Apartments in Davis ( Oxford Cir), starting from January until the end of the lease, August .

I much prefer a male taking over my lease. At Identity you would be sharing a Double with a male roommate (very nice chap). The room you will be staying in has its own bathroom (of which you will share) and two sinks (you get your own sink), as well as a a huge divider that divides the beds.

Rent is $ a month and that includes parking ($ parking)! So if you have a car feel free to bring it. I will ask if I can cancel my parking contract if you are not comfortable bringing car. Rent includes the utilities.

The entire apartment is comprised of 5 bedrooms. Usually 8 people would share this whole apartment, but currently, only 5 other people are using the apartment. I’m hoping to find someone who is clean and somewhat organized (no smoking or use of drugs).

The apartment is fully furnished, complete with washing machine+dryer. It also has a TV.
Identity is equipped with so many amenities including:

* Game room-one ping pong table, billiards table, and three retro arcade machines
* Skylounge you get a view of all UC Davis
* -hour quiet room-equipped with small conference rooms, computers, printer, study desks, and large whiteboard
* Study lounge with couches
* Pool
* -hour gymnasium
* Clubhouse to chill
* Bike storage garage-very safe place to park your bike
In addition, Identity is very close to Trader Joes and just a short bike ride from campus. If you’re looking for a close place near campus, Identity may be for you.
