Looking for Roommate Dec

Hey yall, my roommate is in the air force and needs to leave before our lease is up at the end of February. I’m looking for a female to take over her room (the master bedroom) from Dec. 1st-the end of our lease at the end of Feb. with the option to renew. rent is max $ sometimes a little less and utilities are about $/month. You would NOT have to pay any signing fee since you’re just filling in until the end of the lease.
We have one of the cheapest units at an extremely nice complex (Cortland Westshore) only because we are located farthest from the pools (which are still very close; see picture) so we still have access to all of the amazing amenities and have a new/updated apartment for less than what most people are !
I bartend at Salt Shack so I get home around midnight most weekends, i don’t really go out at night but i love a good happy hour and a cozy night in, in our comfy apartment. I have a 1 year old mini golden doodle who gets along with all people and other dogs. me ( if you’re interested!!
