Monthly rental. 3 months, maybe longer. Full-time access. Occasional use. Private room. Active, fit, quiet, responsible, financially secure professional. Easy access to subway and Citibike. I live upstate and have regular business and social events to attend in Brooklyn and the city, so I would only be a part-timer. It would be helpful to have a Brooklyn base. Former teacher. I now work with several arts groups, as well as do my own work. Recently I have helped create projects and performed at Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Old Stone House, the NYC Halloween Parade, Lincoln Center, and Morningside Heights/Columbia University, as well as a bunch more in the Hudson Valley and Saratoga Springs, where I live. .
