This is a an upstairs /downstairs unit in the beautiful Germantown neighborhood across the street from the baseball stadium. The room for rent is located downstairs and is furnished . The full guest bathroom is located just outside of the room that is for rent .

The location is in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city , just miles north of Broadway and just next door to the bicentennial park , only steps away. There are amazing restaurants options, cafes, and several trendy bars, all within walking distance of the property . Both of the bedrooms are downstairs with a clean and spacious living room area upstairs that includes a home theater and huge projector wall for watching HD movies.

This is a smoke free and drug free home . On occasion, I drink beers here and there responsibly from time to time. We are grown adults , you get it. Other than that I’m a laid back guy who works outside of the home and is often busy doing things away from the apartment . I grew up in the coast of N Carolina and have spent the past years living in Nashville .

The guest room is the available room . It faces away from the main street so it’s actually the most quiet of the two rooms . I stay in the other room. Month to month rental is available for the right person as well as a 6 month commitment depending on your interests . If it makes sense, we can easily discuss longer.
