Female professional who works for the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. I work from home Mondays and Fridays. I’m a pretty calm and layback person with a cat named Novo and a 9 month old Golden Retriever pup named Bailey. I am extremely clean and organized, don’t smoke, drink socially only, don’t throw parties… I’m close to family so there might be some small family gatherings once in a while but not often. Also very close to my mom, she is my best friend and might be around quite a bit. I dedicate my time to my fur babies, cleaning, cooking, working on my side gig and working out. I’m very respectful of others and expect the same in return.

I’ll be having a room available in December. Small, facing East so plenty of morning light, small closet. Not furnished. Shared Bathroom. (utilities not included)

About the Space:
Small townhouse with 2 attached garage spaces. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and half bathroom. Small backyard, fireplace, in unit laundry and small kitchen. Parking garage space for an extra cost but won’t be available till further notice. Plenty of street parking.

About the Neighborhood:
Quiet and safe. Has a nice biking/running trail near by. Car dependent. Arapahoe Crossing Shopping Center, Cottonwood Square, Gyms, Costco, Movie Theater, Restaurants, Cherry Creek State Park all within a couple of minutes.

What I am looking for:
Kind, Friendly, Respectful, Clean and Responsible female roommate who will pay rent and bills on time. MUST be steadily employed. Hoping we can not only be roommates but also friends. MUST like animals. None smoker. *NO COUPLES / KIDS* **I am allowing ONE MORE pet as long as they get along with mine and are none destructive and house trained.
