Recovering from a divorce

Description

I've recently been divorced and I'm trying to start my life over again and get back on my feet.

I have a career in insurance and I'll do work from home so I need a place where I can wire my laptop into a modem.

I work during the day from so I don't want to be with a roommate who stays up at night and have loud parties

I am a clean and organized person and I would prefer to be in a place where it's organized and clean.

I do not eat out much at all and would prefer to be in a place where I can prep my meals.

I don't smoke. I'll occasionally drink. I don't have pets because I am allergic to pets. I am clean and organized. I like quiet.

I like playing video games on my spare time.

other than that I am a pretty easygoing person.

I am not a gay person. I don't have an issue with a gay person as long as they do not try to come on to me.

I need to be in a place for the next 6 months to a year so I can save up and get my own place again.
