Hello my name is Riley! I have a room for rent is a freshly updated house conveniently located in Kent. We are both accommodating, quiet, and respectful. There are lots of parks and grocery stores nearby as well as easy access to entertainment and recreation. This house has all new appliances, smart home features, and space to spread out. I'm happy to make any adjustments for everyone's comfort. There is additional storage, a parking space for you, and a big yard with a well stocked fire pit.
