Workaholic Security Manager

Beschreibung

Im a working professional looking to move in Q1 2027. Im clean, responsible, respectful of shared space, and easy to live with. Im looking for a likeminded roommate to share a home or apartment near a Metro station, ideally close to the Orange Line, though Im open to anywhere with easy Metro access. Metro access is a must.
My budget is up to $1,400/month, utilities included. Im flexible on the exact movein date within Q1 and happy to work around your timeline.
I keep common areas tidy, pay on time, and communicate openly. Im happy to talk through house rules, schedules, and expectations upfront so we both feel comfortable.
