Private Room for Rent – $650

Beschreibung

Im renting out a private room in my place for $650 a month. Im an overtheroad truck driver, so Im rarely home and typically only return once every two months. While Im away on the road, youll have the place to yourself, with access to the rest of the home. Rent & Bills: • Monthly rent: $650
• Internet and electricity bills will be the renters responsibility. Why the renter is responsible for these bills: Since Im away driving most of the time and wont be occupying the home regularly, the renter will be the primary occupant and user of the electricity and internet during my time away. For that reason, Im asking the renter to cover these bills. Im looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, trustworthy, and reliable with payments, and who will take good care of the home. I will still come home occasionally, so Im looking for someone who is comfortable with that arrangement. Message me if youre interested or would like more details about the room, movein date, and rental terms
