Master Bedroom with Private Bath in Gated Luxury Doral Elevator Building Urgently Looking for a female roommate for a beautiful 4thfloor 2/2 luxury apartment in Doral, with immediate occupancy available. 🛏️ The available room is the master bedroom, so you would have the larger bedroom and a spacious, more luxurious private bathroom. The apartment also has a balcony, which is a great bonus for fresh air, relaxing outside, and having a little extra private outdoor space. Being on the 4th floor in a gated elevator building offers extra privacy and a greater sense of security, while still making access easy and convenient. ✨ This is a great setup for a student or professional looking for a clean, peaceful, and attractive place to live, and a really comfortable place to come home to. Small, quiet, wellbehaved cats and dogs are welcome. 📍 The apartment is in a highly convenient part of Doral, close to major employers including Carnival, Amadeus, Leon Medical Center, and Univision, as well as shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee spots, and everyday essentials. It is near Publix at Downtown Doral and The Fresh Market at CityPlace Doral, with Miami International Airport only about 10–15 minutes away, easy access to major highways, a Doral trolley stop right next to the building, and a Miami public bus stop just a block away. 🏊♀️🏋️♀️ Community amenities include two fitness centers, swimming pools, two study rooms, a game room, and free coffee. 💵 Rent is $1,500/month
💧 Water and trash included
🌐 Internet and electricity shared
🚗 Parking included 🙋♀️ I am a 22-yearold working professional and nonsmoker, and I would love to find another ➡️FEMALE⬅️roommate who would be a great fit for the apartment. 📩 Please DM me here on fb, message me on, or text me at if you are interested or would like more details.
