About the room:
This house is 3 bed 1.5 bath 1800 sq ft. There is a living room, sitting room, finished basement, big fenced in yard with a deck, and a detached garage.
You would get the garage spot. Your room will be unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished. About the roomies:
You will be rooming with me and one other young adult female, our current 3rd roommate is moving to the city. We value communication and collaboration with a potential roommate. We have a rotating chore schedule. We each have typical schedules and usually do our own thing, but also love to hang out together.
