Shared Room Sublease from Jan 2027

Beschreibung

Looking for a female subtenant for a shared bedroom in a clean, modern apartment near UC Berkeley! I’ll be relocating for an internship and am looking for someone to take over my spot from January 2027 through May 2027, with the possibility of staying longer. 📍 Location: About a 15-minute walk to UC Berkeley campus 🏠 About the apartment: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
In-unit washer and dryer
Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher
Private balcony with a nice view
Living room with a couch, coffee table, and dining table
Modern interior and dark wood flooring 🛏️ About the room: The room is shared with one female roommate, and you would share the bedroom and bathroom with her. The other male housemate has a separate bedroom and private bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring your own bed, desk, dresser, and other personal furniture. 👋 About the roommates: Both roommates are UC Berkeley students who are chill, clean, respectful, and easygoing. We're looking for someone who would be a considerate roommate and help keep the apartment clean and comfortable. 📅 Lease term: January–May 2027, with the possibility of extending beyond May. If you're a female student looking for a convenient place near campus for the spring semester, feel free to message me! I’m happy to share more details, answer questions, and arrange a viewing.
