Hi, I'm Tobi—32-year old 9-5 girlie looking for a room to rent in Brooklyn, Manhattan, or Jersey City (in that order). My budget is $900-$1100 and I'm looking to move ASAP, either for a lease takeover or a month-to-month situation. Big on cleanliness, super friendly, love my alone time. I bake a lot so will likely occupy the kitchen frequently. If you or someone you know needs a roommate like me please give me a shout!
