Hello there! I have a room for rent in Port Charlotte near Peachland and Beacon. The house is close to Publix, McDonald's, Planet Fitness, CVS, not far from Veterans and Kings Hwy. The area is super peaceful and near everything needed. This is a shared house with a mature, employed male who works two jobs. Only other males preferred, please. The landlord lives next door and is super friendly. This is a quiet setup, so guests should be kept to a minimum. Full house privileges are included - kitchen, lanai, BBQ, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, electric, pots, pans, plates, etc. You’ll also have your own large fridge in the kitchen. Room is partially furnished, but If you need more furniture, the landlord may be able to help.
