Needing a place starting in Jan!

Hi! I am needing somewhere to stay beginning some time between January 1st and January 3rd coming up. My budget is lower due to fixed income due to disability. Hopefully wanting to find somewhere with utilities and internet included, but I am flexible on that! I am only open to somewhere nice and clean (a little clutter is one thing but to be dirty is another). I am also only open to a private bathroom, but willing to share other living spaces. Absolutely NO bugs or pest issues please!:) also keep in mind I do have an ESA (cat). She is well behaved and housebroken. I’d love to have a roommate around my age (25) who is chill. Thank you!
