Looking for roommate- 10 months!

Looking for somebody to take over the rest of my lease which ends July 30th! I’ll be leaving my bed frame so there’s a free full sized bed frame and brand new mattress! Bedroom is 10 x 13.5 including a closet space. Shared bathroom with one other person but you get half the space available. Kitchen you get 1/3 of the space, large fridge with stovetop and spacious marble countertop and pantry. Very open space backyard with two sections of patio!
