Female roommate needed for $700 Disney area apartment (no pets allowed)
I am looking for a new female roommate to replace me in the lease for an available room in a 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment with two other female roommates. This is located at Emerald Grove apartments (aka the old Vista Way apartment complex from the CP program). The location is very close to Disney, in-between Disney Springs entrance and Typhoon Lagoon entrance. About 20 mins away from Universal and SeaWorld and conveniently within plenty of stores, restaurants, and gas stations within walking distance. Two pools and a gym within complex and food trucks every month. The portion of rent is $700 a month, including utilities, plus electricity and renters insurance. One of the roommates has a nut and dairy allergy, so accommodations must be made to keep the kitchen clean at all times and food sealed. Message me if interested.
