Roommates for female household

Beschreibung

Hi! I’m looking for two roommates to rent rooms in a 4-bedroom, single-story home. 💰 Rent: $1,000/month. Deposit fee: $500 📅 Move-in date: October 1st
📝 Lease term: short term or long term
💡 All utilities included Home includes:
• Private bedroom
• Shared bathroom
• Shared kitchen
• Laundry access
•Parking access • All utilities included Looking for someone who is:
• Comfortable living in a female household
• Clean and respectful of shared spaces
• Reliable with rent
• Easygoing and considerate
• Preferably no pets A little about the household: I’m in my mid-20s, pretty laid-back, work a lot, so I’m hoping to find roommates with a similar lifestyle — respectful, clean, easygoing, and comfortable doing their own thing while still keeping a friendly home environment. I also have an orange tabby who is super chill with the occasional case of the zoomies. 🐈 Since there’s already a cat in the home, I’d prefer no additional pets. If you’re interested, please message me. 😊
