Room and bathroom

Hello, I have a room available for rent in Reedley now trying to find the right person. I have had two PHD tenants over the last 3 years rent here and they were both fantastic, looking for the next candidate. I work full time and stay busy at the gym and really spend a good portion of time in Fresno over the weekends. The amount of time we see each other would be minimal. I have a fully furnished kitchen that can accommodate you just don’t eat my food. lol
