Roommate Wanted | Beginning of October Hi! My partner and I are looking for a new roommate as our current roommate is moving out. We’re hoping to find someone in their 20s–30s who is LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful, and fairly clean. The room is in the basement of our home, which also includes a full bathroom and a theater room that you’re welcome to use. My partner and I live on the top floor, so there’s a nice separation between the living spaces and plenty of privacy. Rent is $765/month, plus a share of gas and electricity, which is typically around $60/month. The room would be available beginning in October, with the lease running through May. A few other details: * Full bathroom in the basement
* Washer and dryer in the home
* Close parking
* Theater room available to use
* No smoking inside
* Unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed. Our unit only permits our existing pet rabbit. We’re both creative and enjoy music, video games, movies, and having a comfortable and relaxed home. We’re friendly and enjoy getting to know the people we live with, while also respecting everyone’s personal space and routines.
