Looking for a room under $1250

Hi folks! I'm looking for a room or a sublet in Queens, Manhattan, or Brooklyn, starting sometime from September 15th to October 1st. I would be open to either a 12-month lease, or a short-term room that I could stay in at least until the beginning of 2027. My budget is $1,250 per month or less. I’m a 31-year-old guy. I’m currently working as a scanning and filing clerk in Midtown West, near W 56th St, so I’m mostly looking at neighborhoods that are within a reasonable commuting distance from there. I'm especially interested in Astoria, Sunnyside, Woodside, or Long Island City in Queens. I could also do Jackson Heights, Forest Hills, or the northwestern part of Bushwick near the L train. Some of my interests include books, music, and spending time outdoors. I’m fairly introverted and keep to myself a lot of the time, but I am a friendly person and enjoy having roommates who I can get to know and chat with from time to time.
