I practice music regularly at home, so this apartment is best suited for someone who works a typical 9–5 schedule, spends a fair amount of time outside the home, or is otherwise comfortable with some daytime music practice. If you work from home most days, this probably wouldn’t be the best fit. We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, responsible, and easygoing.
