You get your own bedroom and bathroom. I already have furniture in the rest of the house. It’s an older house but it has a fenced in back yard, washer and dryer, kitchen, living room etc. I already have living room furniture like a TV, couches, coffee table, etc. I have various kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, fridge, washer and dryer, and a blackstone grill. Neighbors are pretty chill and I haven’t had an issue with them. Carport is wide enough for two cars. It’s just me and my dog. I’m an accountant who works 9-5 on M-F. During busy seasons I’ll have to work more and on some weekends. I workout in the mornings and don’t do a whole lot outside of work. My dog is incredibly friendly, loves to play, potty trained, and never chews up furniture or clothes or anything. I have my medical so I’m cannabis friendly. Don’t really party and like never ever throw events at my house. I love sports so most nights I’ll be watching whatever game is on tv in the living room. I have a PS5 so I’ll game on the weekends when I have time.
