Available after October 1st. Not in any rush, just looking to find the right fit for the household. This is a large room for rent in a household with two others. Currently the house inhibits one female, in her 30's & a male in his 20's. They share the home with one 8 year old dog. Female preferred but not a deal breaker. Someone in the SAME AGE GROUP would be helpful as well. Hoping to find another PROFESSIONAL WORKING adult to help continue to keep the house clean and organized. They should be respectful and responsible for their items and of course understanding of others while sharing the same living environment. It's important to keep the house positive and friendly. Large fenced in backyard with deck, with sitting area. Bonfires are welcome. Lots of parking available. Room is unfurnished, but possibilities of having items available such as bed, dresser etc. 25 minutes from Ann Arbor
