Need good light water and electricity and high ceiling. I’m a reliable and responsible tenant. I’ve grown out of my home studio and sell my work in 2 local galleries and online. It can be a bit funky but must be secure. A garage or shed like structure might work. Willing to work to transform into what I need. Photo is of my current studio (10x13)
