January - June 2027 Lease

Looking for a subleaser for the spring 2027 semester. In a newly renovated house close to the SDSU campus. The lease would start January 2027 and go through June 2027. Rent is $1600 for single or there is the option to share as a double for $800.
Utilities are a fixed price of $140 a month.
Bathroom connected to room with a spacious closet in the room.
Washer and dryer included.
Option to keep the room furnished Living with 3-4 other girls.
If going in as a group another room in the house will be available to sublet for the same price.
