Listing Details & Pricing: Location: 165 University Ave W (On campus, close to transit). Building: Claudette Millar Hall (CMH) – Traditional-style residence with A/C. Room Type: 1 Bed in a Semi-Private Double Bedroom (Male Only). Price: $2,207 / month (Total per term cost is $8,828, which breaks down to $4,808 for the room with utilites+ $4,020 for the mandatory residence meal plan). Utilities Included: Water, Heat, Hydro, and Wi-Fi. The room is fully furnished, so you won't need to bring/buy extra furniture. Building & Room Amenities Room Features: Twin bed & mattress (36"x76"x6"), nightstand, wardrobe, desk with chair & built-in lighting/storage, and 2 stackable dressers. Building Features: The Market eatery/dining hall inside the building, WatCard-operated laundry, 24/7 front desk (mail/parcel pickup, equipment sign-out), gym, music room, multi-faith space, and bookable study/group lounges. Washrooms: Shared floor facilities. About Your Roommate You’ll be sharing the double room with Akashdeep, a 1st-year UWaterloo Life Sciences student. He is very easygoing, neat, and tidy. As long as you keep common spaces reasonably clean, you’ll get along great! I will assist directly with facilitating the contract transfer process through UWaterloo Campus Housing.
