Roomate for large apartment

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a roomate in early september for my 2 bedroom apartment. My current roomate is moving to a new apartment starting September 3rd. It will be just a few days afterward that the room will be open and ready to move into. I will be the only other person living here Your rent will be $400 a month. It is a very large apartment with a dining room, a kitchen, a very large living room and a 2 section bathroom. Everything is already furnished. Here are pictures of them all. I will post and/or send a picture of the bedroom when the picture is ready to be taken since my current roomate is still here. There will be a parking spot with coverage available. Utility charges for gas and electric can be discussed, but I am able to help/cover as much as needed. There will be 2 cats living here, Comet and Calamity. They are both really nice and friendly. I am very open, friendly, and understanding. As a roomate I can be very helpful. I can answer any questions you may have. 🌈 LGBT open and friendly All the best,
